The Launch of Collection 03
Bringing an idea to an object. An object to a space. That’s how I see the launch of Collection 03.
This brand has always centered on materiality, utility, craftsmanship, and cohesion. When I design, I ask myself: Would I buy this? Would I use it with love? Would I style it again and again in different rooms of my home?
Before any idea becomes an object, I ask—will it bring me joy?
Collection 03 is no exception.
From inspiration to sketch.
From prototype to final form.
These are pieces I’ve lived with for months—touched, used, moved from room to room—before releasing them in small batches for others to enjoy in the same way.
The process is longer than it may seem. Months of creating, editing, planning. Saving photos I want to share but hold back. Waiting for the right moment to tell the full story.
This time, I wanted to show the pieces in context—how they interact with earlier designs, how they live together. It felt important that they be styled in play, layered naturally in a home. A home in Paris became the setting where this story unfolded.
A day of styling. Shooting. Playing.
What the camera doesn’t capture is my kids’ little feet padding in and out of the frame. The pile of salt on the floor from an abandoned popcorn project. Me gently reminding them, “That salt’s for mommy’s work.”
I’m grateful for this business—for the creative outlet it gives me, the flexibility it offers my family, the beauty it lets me bring into our home.
And I’m grateful for anyone who even scrolls by our page and thinks, wow, that’s beautiful.
Because that’s really what I hope: that we’re adding a little beauty to the world—something soft, intentional, worth admiring.
Every time I press publish, I feel a mix of resistance and excitement. A small fear, always, that’s ultimately replaced by a quiet sense of pride.
Thanks for being here.
Thanks for following along.
With Love,
Devon
