Being Part of "Echoes of Space"
Henriette wove a selection of artworks through each floor, threading continuity between otherwise distinct spaces. Our pieces sat alongside work by Tina Frey, Stoff Nagel, Kilzi Studio, and others.
Context was at the center of this exhibition. We've always believed that the same object reads differently depending on where it's placed: on a shelf in a small, intimate room versus an open atrium, or beside a sofa someone actually sits on. Echoes of Space wasn't just an exhibition of things, it was an exercise in noticing how your relationship to an object shifts as the space around it does.
Portraits of Self: The Launch Event
On June 11th, during the opening evening at The Conary, we also hosted an activation for Portraits of Self, our other project in collaboration with Openhouse Magazine, on the floor of Saba Italia.
For this event, participants were invited to choose a bouquet of flowers and complete a single prompt:
"There is so much beauty in _______________."
