Simple Smoked Salmon Dip

This is one of my go-to’s when it comes to entertaining. Serve with kettle chips for cocktail hour, if it’s not gone by then!


8 oz. Cream cheese, Room Temperature

.8 oz shallot, diced (1 small shallot)

3 oz. mascarpone 

⅛ tsp salt

2.5 oz. smoked salmon, diced (about 3 pieces or ½ packet of smoked salmon)

1 tsp lemon juice

Zest of half a lemon

½ tsp dill, chopped


Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Serve with kettle chips. Enjoy!
