Roasted Pear and Blue Cheese Salad
These pears could be added to a charcuterie board, sliced on a crostini for a party, or served over a bed of lettuce. Elegant, easy, and delicious.

Arugula
Chopped, Roasted Hazelnuts
Balsamic Vinegar Glaze
Parmesan cheese

Bartlett Pears
Good Blue cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to bake at 400 degrees. Cut pear down the middle and scoop out the seeds and cut out the end. Leave the stem intact. Put the cut pears on a sheet pan. Fill the middle of the pear with as many blue cheese crumbles as desired. Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove pears from oven. Allow to cool for a few minutes.
Add a bed of arugula for a plate. Add blue cheese stuffed pears. Sprinkle with the hazelnuts. Grate a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Drizzle with Balsamic vinegar glaze.
