Roasted Grapes and Burrata

ingredients for roasted grapes
1 cup red grapes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 425 degrees on bake. Toss grapes in a bowl with all ingredients and spread on a sheet pan. Bake for 15 minutes, shake the pan half way through.
Remove roasted grapes and set aside to cool a bit. On a plate, add your burrata and add the roasted grapes to the side. Enjoy with crackers, bread, nuts of your choice. Here, I enjoyed with grilled pita and toasted pine nuts. Enjoy!
