My Go To Pesto Recipe

2 cups fresh basic leaves

2 large cloves garlic

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts

1 1/2 tsp kosher salt

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

1/2 tsp lemon juice

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Add all ingredients in a small food processor. Process until finely minced. Add more oil for desired consistency.

Store in refrigerator or freezer.
