In the Kitchen: The Art of the Charcuterie Board
Charcuterie boards are always a crowd pleaser when entertaining. When I start to build mine, I think about the season, what I can buy for the event, and the colors and textures on the board.
Here the beautiful honey comb was the impetus for the colors and items on the board. The honey color was pulled in with the Pear preserves, the sliced Bosc Pear, and the Marcona Almonds. The red hues are hilighted by the grapes and the prosciutto.
Serve with crackers, crisps, grilled bread.
