In the Keto Kitchen: Scallion Dip

A quick blender dip for parties, snacks, or a side with proteins. Enjoy!


1/2 cup full fat greek yogurt

8 oz. Cream Cheese

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

1/4 cup parsley

4 scallions chopped

1 tbsp water


Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until well combined and a dip-like consistency. Add to a bowl and serve with the side of your choice. Assorted veggies, seeded crackers, regular crackers.


Try on a sandwich, as a dip for proteins. It is versatile!
