In the Keto Kitchen: Miso Salad Dressing

This is one of my all time favorite salad dressings. Try on salad, as a dip for chicken or salmon, or simply dipped with cucumber or avocado for a snack.

 

Ingredients

3 heaping tablespoons mellow white Miso Paste

1 clove garlic

1/4 cup Olive Oil

3 Tablespoons Water

1 Teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil

1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Lakanto Monk Fruit Classic Sugar

Juice half a lime

Pinch of red pepper flakes

 

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water for desired consistency.
