In the Keto Kitchen: Lemon, Prosciutto and Arugula Cauliflower Pizza
Whether cut in slices while entertaining guests, or an option for a quick, healthy family dinner, this is a delicious pizza. I adapted a few favorites flavor profiles that feel gourmet while still being carb-conscious. Enjoy!
Outer Aisle cauliflower pizza crust, italian flavored
Thinly sliced lemon, 2 rounds then cut in half for 4 total pieces
Sliced Mozzarella, 1 ball
3 pieces of prosciutto
Handful of Arugula
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Red Pepper flakes
Preheat oven to bake at 400 degrees. Place Outer Aisle cauliflower pizza crust in oven and bake to crisp the crust for 8-10 minutes.
Remove the crust from the oven. Add the sliced lemons, sliced mozzarella, prosciutto, pinch of salt and pinch of red pepper flakes. Put back in oven at 400 until cheese browns to your desired color.
Remove pizza from the oven. Add fresh Arugula, Arugula micro greens, grated parmesan cheese.
Ingredients to make one 7″ pizza.
